In Practice, Dr Earnshaw oversees the dispensing and the business side of the Practice. He is a PEC member of the local PCT and is a member of Wakefield LMC. In 1996 he set up the local GP Co-operative and is Chairman of this organisation. He is married and has three children. He plays tennis regularly and golf when he can and likes good food. He is interested in sport of all types but particularly likes Rugby Union. He is also a lay leader at a local church
